Strategy: A New Era?

EDWARD N. Luttwak,who received his Ph.D.degree from The Johns Hopkins University, is currently holder of the Arleigh A. Burke Chair in Strategy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, D.C. He has taught as lecturer, visiting professor, and research professor at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown University and has lectured at the National Defense University as well as at higher military schools in Canada, Belgium, Britain, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, and Korea.
