Geoffrey Hill is University Professor, professor of literature and religion, and co-director of the Editorial Institute at Boston University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and of the Royal Society of Literature, and an honorary fellow of both Keble College, Oxford, and Emmanuel College, Cambridge.
