Susan Wolf is the Edna J. Koury Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated from Yale with a degree in math and philosophy and went on to Princeton where she received her Ph.D. She has taught at Harvard, the University of Maryland, and Johns Hopkins University. She held a fellowship with the Guggenheim Foundation and is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and the American Philosophical Society.
