The Practice of Value
Joseph Raz is a professor of the philosophy of law and a fellow of Balliol College at Oxford University. He is also a visiting professor of jurisprudence at Columbia Law School. He was educated at the Hebrew University and at Oxford, where he received his Ph.D. He has been a visiting professor at a number of universities, including the Australian National University, the University of Toronto, the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Southern California, Yale, and Michigan, and a visiting Mellon Fellow at Princeton.
